Lisa Gorham

A native of Toronto and graduate of George Brown College of Applied Arts and Technology, Lisa played an integral role in Ontario's design community before moving to the United States in 2004. Independently and as part of a team, she has worked on creative projects for Harcourt Books, McGraw Hill, Humber College, Ernest and Julio Gallo Wines, Century 21 Real Estate, and the Canadian Wholesale Drug Association. Before joining Jean Peterson Design in 2007, Lisa served as creative director and graphic designer at Garbo Design House in Frederick, working with clients that included Grapevine, Home and Travel magazine, Frederick County Guide, Tarara Winery and Village Development Group.

Among many other projects, Lisa's years of publication design experience are put to work at Jean Peterson Design producing the Tourism Council of Frederick County, MD visitor guide Destination Frederick County. In 2007 the guide was honored with the Maryland State Tourism Award, Best Visitor Guide. Additionally, her work has been recognized at the New York Book Show, received prestigious American Graphic Design Awards, along with numerous Gold and Silver ADDYs from the Greater Frederick Advertising Association. Lisa currently serves as Treasurer of the GFAF and is the Public Service Committee Chair.
