Erin Tinney

Erin Tinney joined Jean Peterson Design (JPD) in 2009 and currently serves as Senior Graphic Designer. She collaborates with the entire JPD team to understand each client's specific goals and challenges in order to deliver targeted solutions that consistently garner both local and national recognition.

With over seven years' experience, Erin is a versed publication designer who has applied her keen attention to detail to a variety of local and regional magazines. In addition to publications, Erin uses her design talents on a full range of projects including corporate collateral, websites, and social media initiatives for JPD's clients. Erin's work has earned respected accolades including American Graphic Design Awards and ADDY awards from the American Advertising Federation–Greater Frederick (AAF–GF).

A Frederick native, Erin is proud to call the downtown area her home and enjoys pursuing involvement in her hometown community. As an alumna of Frederick Community College, she served on the FCC Computer Graphics and Photography Advisory Board. She also mentored in the Woman to Woman Mentoring program, which provides young women with a supportive relationship that gives them the opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve personal success. In 2009, Erin received the 1st Annual Member Appreciation Award from the AAF–GF. This award was given for her volunteer service as AAF–GF Student ADDY Competition Chair, her continued involvement on the AAF–GF ADDY Awards committee, and as a committee member and reviewer at the annual AAF–GF/AIGA Student Portfolio Boot Camp.

In her free time, Erin finds herself attached to her Mac as she transfers her 2,000+ CD collection to her iTunes library!
